Can smoking Cause hair fall ?

Well i m 23 years old and my hair are falling like hell i kinda have this feeling that smoking is causing my hair fall though i smoke twice or thrice a day not more than that does it really matters ? smoking can cause hair fall ????

Yes, there are many ways cigarette smoking can cause hair loss.

Smoking also causes dull, lank and smelly hair. Not only your smoking habit affects the look and smell of your hair, it can also make your hair break off. Smoking stops the flow of an adequate amount of oxygen and nutrients through your blood. Because your hair does not get the right amount of the vital nutrients, your hair becomes unhealthy.

Yes , smoke can do this in fact some time the main reason of hair fall may be smoke so leave it timely... good for your health.

Help! Getting married and I don't know how to start preparing my face, skin or body!

I'm a regular no make-up girl. The farthest I've gone is for my engagement and trust me when I say it wasn't much.

So my hubby-to-be likes it when his lady -love dresses up. And ever since I found this out, I have been freaking out! I've never use any kind of make up other than eye liner, kajal and lipstick before!
How do I start? I have 6 months time. What should I follow? A regime? and hair care! i need to grow it lon ger! :E FREAKING OUT HERE!!!

Also, every time I wax, my hair seems to re-grow the very next day! what do I do to reduce this?

It is the common problem. Due to change in the life style after marriage this can be happen. you have to try your regular makeup routine. You can try some new and well known cosmetics and you can refer to some site also.

If you're Asian - I can understand, because you sound it - girl, I have the same problem with hair and when it comes to make-up I FREEZE because I haven't worn make-up in 20 years (my aunt made me wear it and ever since I have been cringing on having it on me).

I have no clue with it all personally but my cuz, she goes to a beautician to get EVERYTHING done and WOW it works! - Go to a hair AND beauty salon and GET advice - if you are Asian, find an Asian hair and beauty salon to get specific help because I have noticed that Asian girls, myself ESP included, have hairy genes and so our hair just grows back faster T_T...

In the end I think your soon to be husband fell in love with you just the way you are and you shouldn't panic to look otherwise - though I understand as it is a special day for BOTH of you so why not do what he likes because he is likely to do everything the bride does anyway right - so I get it. If you have any female friends or relatives I suggest you gather them and get WORKING - there is power in groups - don't do it alone ;) A family and friends' support will take a load or two off of ya! You can find out their secret techniques and ways to get things done - advice, advice and HELP! with plenty of hands and minds - you will be covered! Women's group are perfect for happy boost!

I am of 20 years old.my hairs are falling continuously from 2 years and my hairs become so thin.and they are n?

Could be medication, stress etc best off see a doctor

Since you did not say wether you are male or female I have included both:

Thinning
Normally you will lose up to 100 hairs a day. Every 30 days or so you will lose more due to replacement. A new follicle is pushing and old one out.
The most common reasons for hair loss is stress, medication, or illness.
If you think your hair loss is excessive you should see a physician to have to test run to make sure it is not due to the latter.
There is not a shampoo or conditioner that promotes hair growth unless is it prescribed by a physician and contains either "Rogaine", "Minoxidil", or “Propecia”. The only draw back to using these products is you have to use them for the rest of your life. If you stop you will lose what the product has grown in.

Male pattern Baldness
The gene for male pattern baldness comes through the mothers side of the family; therefore it is your uncles on your mothers side you must look to. Keep in mind the gene will skip a generation every know and then. If male pattern baldness has progressed to the point of being smooth bald the only recourse you have transplantation.
The most common reasons for hair is stress, medication, or illness. If male pattern baldness is not the issue, then you should see your physician to have some test run to make sure your hair loss is not due to the latter.

I have been a licensed, practicing cosmetologist for 37 years +.
Hope this helps.

This is the common problem in the age of 20 , actually due to fast life we don't give concentration on our diet . If we take proper diet full of vitamins . protein etc we doesn't have to face this problem.
Rest take some precautions like don't apply chemical rich products on your hair that can cause damage . and also protect your hair from the sun light.

You should try to consult a dermatologist about your problem. They deal with such kind of issues all the time, and for sure they can give you a good idea of whether your loss is in the range of normal or represents something else.

use a oil called trichup its really helpful and yeah you can go to some skin therapist he/she can help and find out what problem you are suffering through

Massage your hair with olive oil and take balanced diet...hope it helps.

Which is the best medical shampoo to clean all of dandruff parmanent...?

I find the Selsun brand works (though it doesn't smell nice). Combing your hair carefully also helps remove dandruff and applying a small amount of oil to your hair and scalp (olive oil or almond oil work). I haven't had much success with Head and Shoulders brand.

Himalaya's shampoo are best medical shampoo.

Oriflame is good

head and shoulder

What is the main cause of pimples on one's face?

Pimples are caused due to pore blockage..like sometimes dandruff is the main reason behind pimples..
also..one may get pimples if his/her water intake is less..because the toxins are not washed out of the body...so they accumulate and block pores..
too much of masturbation also leads to pimples on face in case of males..

No one factor causes acne. Acne happens when sebaceous (oil) glands attached to the hair follicles are stimulated at the time of puberty by elevated levels of male hormones. Sebum (oil) is a natural substance which lubricates and protects the skin. Associated with increased oil production is a change in the manner in which the skin cells mature so that they are predisposed to clog the follicular openings or pores. The clogged hair follicle gradually enlarges, producing a bump. As the follicle enlarges, the wall may rupture, allowing irritating substances and normal skin bacteria access into the deeper layers of the skin, ultimately producing inflammation.

Inflammation near the skin's surface produces a pustule; deeper inflammation results in a papule (pimple); deeper still and it's a cyst. If the oil breaks though to the surface, the result is a "whitehead." If the oil accumulates melanin pigment or becomes oxidized, the oil changes from white to black, and the result is a "blackhead." Blackheads are therefore not dirt and do not reflect poor hygiene.

Here are some factors that don't usually play a role in acne:

Heredity: With the exception of very severe acne, most people do not have the problem exactly as their parents did. Almost everyone has some acne at some point in their life.
Food: Parents often tell teens to avoid pizza, chocolate, greasy and fried foods, and junk food. While these foods may not be good for overall health, they don't cause acne or make it worse. Although some recent studies have implicated milk and pure chocolate in aggravating acne, these findings are very far from established.
Dirt: As mentioned above, "blackheads" are oxidized oil, not dirt. Sweat does not cause acne, therefore, it is not necessary to shower instantly after exercise for fear that sweat will clog pores. On the other hand, excessive washing can dry and irritate the skin.
Stress: Some people get so upset by their pimples that they pick at them and make them last longer. Stress, however, does not play much of a direct role in causing acne.
In occasional patients, the following may be contributing factors:

Pressure: In some patients, pressure from helmets, chin straps, collars, suspenders, and the like can aggravate acne.
Drugs: Some medications may cause or worsen acne, such as those containing iodides, bromides, or oral or injected steroids (either the medically prescribed prednisone [Deltasone, Orasone, Prednicen-M, Liquid Pred] or the steroids that bodybuilders or athletes take). Other drugs that can cause or aggravate acne are anticonvulsant medications and lithium (Eskalith, Lithobid), which is used to treat bipolar disorder. Most cases of acne, however, are not drug related.
Occupations: In some jobs, exposure to industrial products like cutting oils may produce acne.
Cosmetics: Some cosmetics and skin-care products are pore clogging ("comedogenic"). Of the many available brands of skin-care products, it is important to read the list of ingredients and choose those which have water listed first or second if you are concerned about acne. These "water-based" products are usually safe.

1. Smoking has been shown to make acne worse since it diminishes the delivery of oxygen to the skin and robs it of nutrients, thereby inhibiting cars from healing. Not enough reason to quit? Smoke depletes moisture, making skin lose its luster and look wrinkly.

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Sometimes just the oil on your face from make up and lotions, even from your hair can travel to your face causing acne to come out. Others, from stress, hormones & diet or foods.

10. "If you have breakouts, dairy is the devil' it is inflammatory and will add hormones to your already hormone-rife system. Get calcium elsewhere, or try nonfat organic dairy products. For PMS breakouts, avoid dairy and bakery items the week before your period - sugar and flour are both causes for pimples and collagen." Dr. Jessica Wu, M.D. University of Southern California School of Medicine and author of the new book Feed Your Face.
