How can I remove my dark circles?

Dark circles around your eyes may be due to many reasons such as late nights, stress and allergies such as asthma or sneezing. Treatment of the cause is the best remedy for dark circles. If the cause is late nights and irregular sleeping patterns, try to regularise them. Take an experts advice to manage stress or any allergy like asthma or sneezing and follow the treatment.
For dark circles, a cream with a combination of HYDROQUINONE + TRETINOIN is advisable

u have many a options

the one and main is sleep good because the dark circles are caused for not sleeping in the nights

I heard once that placing a cold cucumber slice on your eyes might help reduce the dark circles, but I am not sure if that will work. My best suggestion if it is really bad is to turn to your dermatologist for advice or try some over the counter creams for dark circles.

Put a metal spoon in the fridge overnight, then in the morning rest it overtop of your eyes for a little while. It feels refreshing and will depuff your eyes.

For when you're doing your makeup - after you're done putting on your foundation, apply a liquid concealer in a lighter shade than your foundation. Lightly dab it all around your eyes.

Then put on a translucent powder around and specifically under your eyes. I recommend Revlon Skinlights face illuminator (its a loose powder)

Then to finish everything off put on your normal everyday face powder, And make sure to curl your eyelashes just to open up the eye more and make the dark bags less noticeable

* Mix one teaspoon flour, one teaspoon milk, a pinch of sugar, 1/4 spoon honey and squeeze half lemon juice. Apply it on face and once it is dry, rub the face with wet hands, till the pack in removed.

* Grate cucumber / potato and squeeze fresh juice out of gratings. Dip two cotton balls in it and keep these cotton balls on eyes. This relaxes eyes and relieves tiredness of eyes.

(Potatoes contain an enzyme called catecholase, which is used in cosmetics as a human skin lightener.)

* Powdered fenugreek and milk are said to tackle dark circles. Apply a paste of fenugreek mixed in milk on dark circles in the night. Wash off in the morning and watch dark circles vanish for good.

* Take a teaspoon of tomato juice, a few drops of lemon juice, a pinch of turmeric powder (if you are not allergic to it) and a little flour, enough to make a paste.

first of all u need to sleep a lot for few days atleast until they r gone...and then continue with the normal 7 to 8 hour sleep..
secondlly,
grate 2 paotaoes , 1 cucumber, and squeeze them to get the juice out of them , mix them, now add rosewater to the mixture, put the contents in a bottle, and store in refrigerator, wash urr face 4 to 5 times days and apply the solution on urr face, make sure u also do this b4 u go 2 sleep , it will not only reduce the dark circles but help to lighten the colour of the entire skin..it really works 4 me...........

personal experience

dark circles can be reduced if they are not hereditary. they cannot completely vanish but can only be lightened. A good under eye cream will do the trick like oriflame seeing is believing.in most cases. This should be supplemented with a good diet rich in iron and fruits and vegetables. Dark circles can be caused by anaemia, lack of sleep and worms. So try deworming also.

SLEEP!
Sleep is always the answer! <33333
Well, maybe not for you cuz youve probably had a decent sleep in the past 4 yrs . . .
If sleep doesnt cut it for you try using a lightening cream
(they can be found at walmart or target or something)
Until the cream works take a concealer and cover them up.

To do this:
Tilt your head down so your circles pop out
warm up the concealer by rubbing it between your fingers
dab the warm concealer onto ur pinki finger
dab-DO NOT RUB- the concealer into the dark part of your circle
if you rub u will form wrinkles which is a whole different problem . . .
when u pick out concealer pick one in a peachy yellow tone
this contrasts the purple blue color of the circles

For eye make up dont wear to much!!!!
It draws too much attention to the problem area.
Its similiar to wearing a tiny belli shirt the day after thanksgiving
wear gold shades on your eyes and apply only apply to the upper lid
curl your top lashes and use one coat of mascara only
Then take a super shimmery light eyeshadow
dab it in the corner of tour eyes and under your brow bone
it takes the attention away from th circles and draws it up
one last thing
no eyeliner
if you absolutely must use it
use it only on your upperlid

HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <33333333333

Just do the following -
1) Good night sleep (6 to 8 hrs) everyday
2) First thing in the morning wash your face with cold water perticularly the eyes.
3) Once in a day use cuccumber slices to cool your eyes for at least 5 to 10 minutes (just keep them on your closed eyes)
4) Sit on a flat surface with folded legs body stretched without any extra tention, start deep breathing for 10 minutes and concentrate on your breathing.
within a month you will see the difference. Do not use any of the creams available in the market they are useless as far as my knowledge is concerned.
TO LIGHTEN DARK CIRCLES:Soak a few almonds in milk overnight. In the morning, grind them with the same milk and apply it around your eyes. Wash it off when it dries. If done regularly, it will help you in treating the dark circles to a large extent. Little potato juice mixed with a tsp. of curd and cucumber juice can also be used in the same way.
ANOTHER REMEDY:mix cucumber juice with potato juice in equal quantities and apply daily, wash it off after 20 minutes.Or apply almond oil around the area with dark circles and massage it with ur ring finger...or keep it overnite..

How does one make hair grow faster?

First of all you have to do the basic hair care routine. That will give hair a healthy condition.

The ROUTINE is: hair brushing, massaging, shampooing, rinsing, conditioning and drying

~ hair brushing.

How do you keep the natural look of your hair? Do you brush before a bath? It is good. Also don’t forget to brush before every shampooing before a bath. It is essential and is the first step to a hair care routine. Use a clean, soft and dry brush. NEVER BRUSH HAIR WHEN WET

~ head massaging.

If someone massages your head then you know how soothing it is? You can do it by yourself. Massage the scalp with finger tips gently. This help to loosen more dead particles. It also helps to improve blood circulation. Start massaging from the back of the head with finger rotating slowly and gently. Work the finger in circular movements. This gives relaxation to the muscles there.

~ shampooing.

Careless shampooing can be harmful for your hair either wrongly used or wrong shampoo used. Wet the hair thoroughly with warm water. Use a little of shampoo, mix with equal quantity of water and rub into hair till getting a thick froth.

~ rinsing.

Rinsing neatly after shampooing is very needful. Do it 3 to 4 times. The last rinse better with cold water. Add a little vinegar/lemon also make everything better.

~ conditioning.

Regular conditioning is good and essential and it gives extra care for your hair a long extend. The purpose of conditioning is to restore the natural condition of hair. It helps hair to manage breakage and to reduce split ends. For a rough type of hair a homely method is there -adding a little lemon is good.

~ drying.

Finally you have to dry your hair. Treat it with great value. Use dry and soft towel. Do not rub, just blot and dry.

Make sure you don’t have dandruff or splitends or dryhair or oilyhair or hairloss etc. which will affect hair growth. If you have any of these things then give care to avoid that. Do hot oil massage and protein treatment once in a week. Applying any of the fruit pack also helps faster hair growth.

Natural homemade tips - hot oil massages on hair.

Hot oil massages: Warm 2 tsp. of olive oil and 2 tsp. coconut oil and gently massage every part of the scalp for 10-15 minutes. Rinse a towel in hot water, wipe and wind the hair around the head as it cools. Repeat 2 or 3 times to issue total saturation. After that, shampoo and rinse well. It is good for brittle dry hair.

Hot Caster oil massage: Warm Ѕ cup of castor oil, massage into scalp and gently comb it. Bind the hair with hot towel on the head, wait for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse. As it is home made is so good to use for scanty hair.

Clove oil honey massage. Stir well Ѕ cup of green olive oil with 1 cup of liquid honey. Shake vigorously. Keep the mixture to settle for a day or two. Massage into the scalp and comb it not touching the scalp. After massaging cover hair with plastic shower cap. Make it air tight to let the heat penetrate, leave like that for 20 to 30 minutes. Then shampoo and rinse well. It is good for dark hair to keep it shining and lustrous.

Natural homemade Protein treatment: Beat 1 egg and add slowly 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp of vinegar. Apply it on hair and keep for 10 to 15 minutes. Apply shampoo and rinse well. This is good for all type of hair.

For oily hair Use any thin type of oil instead of olive oil and add lemon juice instead of vinegar.

If you feel sticky also it is worth to do protien treatement. Use mild shampoo twice and condition it next day.

Hair is made up of protein. If you have lack of protein it may affect hair growth. Have protein food. Meat and egg contains protein. If you are vegetarian then use soy protein or use green dhal etc.

If your hair is not healthy use mild hair products. Excessive hair coloring may affect not only your hair growth but it damages your hair also.

Generally hair growth rate is half an inch a month is normal, though even a third of an inch is also pretty common. Hair growth depends on many factors, like what you eat, the season of the year, etc. so there are limits beyond which you can't go. For instance, you can't expect that your hair will grow 2 inches in a month only because you wash it everyday. On the contrary, when you wash it everyday, chances are that you will exhaust it pretty soon. It is true that if you wash your hair frequently, it will help hair growth faster but never forget that frequent washes also lead to hair loss.

Besides washing your hair frequently, cutting it often also stimulates hair growth. There is no optimal recommendation that is valid for everybody but washing your hair once a week and cutting it once in 6-8 weeks is generally the best combination to stimulate hair growth without stimulating hair loss. Washing your hair (this of course means using a shampoo) stimulates hair growth but you can achieve similar results even if you only wet it from time to time – i.e. just dampen it a little without using any soap or shampoo. Wetting your hair a couple of times a day, which is probably what you subconsciously do in the heat of the summer, is a fine way to growth. You can use rosemary sprays instead of water for wetting.

Cutting your hair regularly is also useful. As hair grows long, it tends to get damaged at the ends, so if your stylist removes the damaged ends, this will also help you grow longer hair.

A really powerful way to encourage hair growth is by massaging it gently and by using special masks, balms, pastes, lotions, etc. Even good old combing a couple of times a day is a great way to stimulate blood circulation in the scalp, which in turn stimulates hair growth. There are even special formulas for hair regrowth (i.e. when you have lost your hair, how to make it regrow again), though even most of the conventional remedies for hair care and for hair loss prevention also work. The assortment of recipes, remedies, masks, etc. for stimulating hair growth is really great and one thing that you can do is to check about some national recipes.

Vitamins for hair growth.

Hair loss or baldness is caused mainly due to the lack of Vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B5 contains pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin that is vital for hair growth). B6 is equally important to the body, as it contains the nutrients of zinc, sulfur, magnesium and biotin.

The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.

Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.

Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth.

Nutritional tips to hair growth.

1. Eat adequate amounts of protein.
Protein is composed of the amino acids essential for the building of new cells, including hair. Five amino acids are of particular relevance to hair growth - cystine, cysteine, methionine, arginine and lysine.

Inadequate protein intake over a lengthy period can force hair into the resting phase with shedding a few months later. It is obvious then that sufficient portions of protein rich foods should form part of your daily diet. The best sources of dietary protein are lean meats, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy products, soy, nuts, grains and seeds. At least 15% of your daily calories should come from protein-rich foods.

2. Eat adequate amounts of useful carbohydrates.
Carbs are an essential source of energy and help in the growth of body tissues, including hair. They are an important source of the B vitamins that are vital to healthy hair.

It is important that you concentrate on consuming non-refined carbs rather than the sugars and white flour that are so prevalent in many over-refined carb products. You should place an emphasis on consuming vegetables, fruits, whole grains, brown rice and potatoes. It is recommended that you obtain 55-60% of your daily calories from the carbohydrates found in these foods.

3. Achieve a healthy balance of dietary fats.
Fat is used in energy production and can be found in both animal and plant foods. Your body needs sufficient levels of fat to maintain good health. That fat should be obtained from a mixture of lean animal and plant sources. Roughly 25-30% of your daily calories should come from these sources.

I hope that will help. For more information I highly recommend you to check outhttp://www.makeyourowncosmetics.com There are tons of recepies for homemade products.

Good luck.

Your hair will only grow at whatever rate your genes have allowed it to, saying that, vitamins and eating greens etc will help it to be in good condition

msm biotin rogaine for women good nutrion, less stress. poor nutrition is murder for hair.

What do you think damages your hair the most?

i think its a combination of many many factors!

the most common thing i see is heat styling/flat ironing/curling/etc. without protecting your hair, all that heat is literally frying your hair. its like going in the sun without sunscreen...it looks good for the time being, but after continuous exposure without protection, it will become dry, brittle, and damaged.

another common issue is over-processing with bleach or other chemicals. your hair is made up of proteins, which are held together with bonds. when you add chemicals to your hair, you're altering the bonds and the proteins, and making them weaker. when you color and bleach your hair over and over and over again without using the correct processes, products, or techniques, the bonds will completely just break, and your hair will break off. literally...

the environment also effects your hair, including water, wind, and sun. bad water, alot of wind, and too much sun will damage your hair as well.

most people have a combination of all of these things going on with there hair. the key to keeping your hair healthy is knowing how to take care of it. the simplest thing (like knowing how to correctly shampoo, condition, and even brush your hair) will make a WORLD of difference. i've seen dramatic changes just from changing small things like products and tools.

HEAT&STRESS

shampoos
Repeated color treatments, too close together, with out in between care.
Sun damage!
sun, too many chemicals, and drying it
Bleach
Colouring and permenant straightening damages the hair most...!!
There are 3 main types of hair damage: Chemical (colors & perms); Mechanical (blowdryers and curling irons);and environmental (sun, wind.) I believe that improper blow drying methods can be one of the very worst for damage.
Here is a good article describing how to blow dry without as much damaging effects.

Either straightening it continously, or dying/bleaching it continously. Plus, if you take a deep shower like every two hours, it really dries out your hair!
Chemicals are the most damaging to your hair
but even brushing your hair can damage it

the very worst is relaxers
then bleaches.... those can melt your hair

the longer left on the hair the worse the damage

a little damage is not a bad thing. It's only hair.. have fun.. it will regrow

Probably hair straighteners and curlers they really dry out you hair.
Heat, ie from hairdryers and straightners, too much shampoos etc, general environmental pollution ie car fumes, smoke etc - I believe heat does the most damage
Using numerous chemicals such as hair spray, gel, etc.
constant expose to the sun, salt water, hair dye( bleach), heat (hair drying, crimping, straightening, etc.) everyday shampooing which can cause the hairs natural oils to dry out and cause flaking, etc.............the list goes on and on..........
Hot water, That's why I use cool. :)
Too much dying or bleaching your hair.
